All Guests RSVP by using these instructions:

• All Region IV Gala guests are to register by sending a check or money order. All registration fees are due no later than Friday March 16^th 2012 by 5:00pm to the Address below.

• You may register for the Region IV Gala by clicking on the "Region IV Gala" Image.

• Please indicate the number of guests in your party (names included). Also include whether you or anyone in your party have any dietary restrictions. Use the separate sheet of paper to include this information.

• Space is limited so please register soon. It is 1st come 1st serve. We will create a waiting list for those wishing to participate. If you need to cancel your RSVP, please cancel within 5 prior to  the event.
